Process Optimization and Documentation Structuring.
We implemented a systematic approach to organize and manage documentation, improving workflow efficiency and aligning processes with best practices. Emphasis was placed on establishing a clear permission model for secure access.

Impact: 50% increase in efficiency in task tracking and management, and facilitation of better coordination.
Development of a Community Platform for Latino Entrepreneurs.
The platform was developed over 12 months and now hosts more than 120 Latino entrepreneurs, providing a space to promote their businesses, network, and access marketing tools tailored to their needs. This initiative aims to empower the Latino community by providing them with the digital tools needed to thrive in the market.
Objective: To develop a community platform designed to position Latino entrepreneurs, providing them with marketing tools and resources to enhance their visibility and business growth.
Impact: The platform serves as a key resource for positioning Latino entrepreneurs, improving their marketing capabilities, and connecting them with broader community networks.
Development of a Custom Grant Management System.
Initially using Monday.com, the organization transitioned to a custom grant management system designed to provide a more comprehensive and efficient approach to grant management. The new system allows for better oversight, tracking, and resource allocation, providing full control over the grant management process.
Objective: To create a custom grant management system to improve the organization’s ability to track and manage grants efficiently, transitioning from the initial use of Monday.com to a customized solution.
Impact: The system has significantly improved the organization’s ability to manage grants, ensuring efficient fund management and strategic planning.
Branding and Social Media Communication.
Objective: To improve brand visibility and engagement with the Latinx community through strategic management of social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business, and WhatsApp), email marketing, and a multilingual website
Impact: A consistent communication strategy was established across all platforms, a website was developed in three languages, and new channels, including WhatsApp, were opened to effectively connect with diverse cultural groups within the Latinx community.
